Under investigation for illegal betting, Corso Manni sees his career as an agent fade; Dino, Elena and Federico De Gregorio, the leaders of ISG, struggle to manage representation for top player Quintana.

Dino looks for Kirillov's mole among his shareholders; Corso, now allied with Kirillov to take revenge for Dino's betrayal, must earn the trust of Quintana and get him to sign with Kirillov; Elena hires Valeria as her assistant.

Troubled by his father's allegations in court, Corso, together with Assari, brings Lagioia to AC Milan’s junior team; Dino suspects an alliance between Elena and Kirillov; Quintana is increasingly impatient with how ISG manages affairs.

With her father out due to illness, Elena announces a merger between ISG and Kirillov's Plustar; Assari and Corso get Lagioia to sign for AC Milan; rediscovering his talent for football, Quintana signs with Kirillov.

Corso finds relief in the villa where he and Elena lived when they were married; Lagioia shines at AC Milan; Valeria resigns as Elena's assistant; an all-out war breaks out between Elena and Dino.

Dino and Corso exploit the disagreement between Elena and Kirillov over Quintana's next career move; Assari convinces Valeria to enter an alliance with him and Corso.

Kirillov manages to bring Quintana to AC Milan; a vengeful Elena circulates a damning video of Quintana and Valeria to sabotage him; Corso wants Quintana to return to Atletico Madrid.

Lagioia and Quintana face off on the football field; Corso confronts Elena, forcing her to resign from ISG; Dino offers Kirillov his land in exchange for her removal.
